If you are using CentOS 5.2 and install or upgrade Virtualmin gpl you may get the following errors
==System Settings > Features and Plugins > BIND ==
You need to disable the webmin bind module
System Settings > Features and Plugins > BIND DNS domain : enabled = NO
to stop getting the error

Make sure to enable SSL (disabled by default) if you plan to use it
System Settings > Features and Plugins > SSL Website : enabled = YES
==System Settings > Server Templates==
You need to disable 'suexec' !
System Settings > Server Templates > Default Settings > Apache Website > Automatically Add Appropriate SuExec Directive = NO
to stop getting the error

The Suexec command on your system is configured to only run scripts under /var/www, but the Virtualmin base directory is /home.
CGI and PHP scripts run as domain owners will not be executed.
